Building A Gardening Community
It is still in it’s early planning and development stage but I am excited over the prospect of The B A Green Thumb Community. There are a lot of gardeners in the world and they all have a special talent or skill that they can share with others. It may just be a hint or a tip they use when growing tomatoes or how to keep your backyard pond algae free. It is all part of the learning experience that people share their knowledge and that is what B A Green Thumb is all about, learning and sharing.

July Gardening
Gardening in July usually means hot and sticky weather. This year is no exception. The best time to get out in the garden is early morning as soon as possible after sunrise. Working in the cool of the morning will allow you to get more done then as the temperature rises you can move indoors and get a relief from the weather.
